sounds good, but i wonder if one piece of dark chocolate in the middle would work instead of peanut butter?0

seriously- THANK YOU for this! i never would have thought to make one of these. tried it today, and thought it was really good! i used:
1 Scoop protein powder (I used EAS lean 15 vanilla)
1 Tbsp cocoa powder (I used Swiss miss bc we had it in the house)
1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (I skipped this since my cocoa powder wasn't unsweetened)
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg white
2 Tbsp milk (I used light vanilla soy)
1 Tbsp peanut butter0 -

208- with 10g of fat, 18 carbs and 16g of protein.
this morning i doubled all ingredients except the peanut butter, and instead added 2 tbsp of PB2. the result- still good, SUPER filling, and had 372 cals, 13.5g of fat, 37carbs and 34g of protein. it held me over for hours. the other was good- but i wouldnt say it was filling enough for a meal. the bigger one today was my breakfast and satisfied my craving for something sweet while giving me a lot of protein!0 -
That sounds amazing!! I will need to try that. I have all of those ingredients at home anyway!0
