I did 2.5 miles walking today
2/6/13 - 2.4 miles walking

i'm back....
completed my 3rd 1/2 marathon on sunday morning in disney with my friend kara....
my first goal was to run the entire race with no walk intervals - i ACHIEVED this goal - only walking was at the water stops....
my second goal was to better my time from last year - i did not achieve this goal - i was actually just under a minute and a half slower this year BUT we did stop for more pictures and there were about 5200 more participants (21,222 finishers)....the course was brutally tight with runners for the first 1/2 of the course....
my splits were between 12:03 and 13:24 with an average of 12:41 per my runkeeper (it paused when i stopped for pics whereas the chip timer did not)....
I am happy with my 3rd half results even without a PR....
so with sunday's run of 13.47 miles added to my total i'm at 78.52/80 miles complete....
i'll make my goal this week with walks during soccer and lunch in order to rest up my body...
starting fresh in march with a new plan/workout schedule....i'll post some pics later when i have a minute...
