Stumbled across this not long ago.
If you use it properly, it is bloody ace.

I put in all my stats from 9 weeks ago when I started my cut, then put in my rest day intake and workout day intake that I've followed over that time, as well as my macro percentages, then let it work it's magic to plot out the theoretical weight/fat/lbm losses that I would've had up until 9 weeks ahead (i.e, now)
It was 99% right on target. I started at around 18% body fat and 81kg, and it said if I had have followed what I was doing then 9 weeks in the future (now) I'd be around 13% body fat and weigh 76.5kg. Which is pretty much EXACTLY what I'm at now.

Put in some accurate details and it will give you accurate results. You can adjust your protein/carb/fat intakes, caloric intakes...have a play around.

Oh, and ignore the fact that it's an Intermittent Fasting Calculator. It's not just for that; you can spread out those calories however the hell you want them during the day.

I'm just going to say, I think it has some serious glitches and I'll stick with what I've got, but thanks for sharing.

I put in my stats (and I am decidedly overweight). It calculated I have an underweight BMI of 6.7 I am actually still 9 points away from making it down into "just overweight". It gave me a plan to lose my remaining 40 pounds that would take a YEAR. Gah!

I entered my stats, and it automatically put me at a 40-calorie deficit per day, and I don't see where I can change that.

It told me that to lose 45 lbs it would take me til 2021 and I can't figure out how to adjust the calorie deficit level. I don't trust this thing at all.

It's telling me to get to 18% bf I'd have to get down to 111 ponds. Not happening.
  • Maybe good for some, but it's telling me that to reach my perfect weight I need to gain 20lbs... lol

I put in my actual BF% and it kept transposing it. Over and over. Gave me very high BMR approx. 300 cals more than other sites. Said it would take 18 mths to lose another 32lbs.
