I am a Friday morning weigh-in. I have been working on a healthier me for two months and I have lost 18 pounds. I like the fact that I don't have to get dressed and drive somewhere to weigh in. This site holds me accountable and that is what I need. Good luck on the next few pounds!!0

I'm a Friday weigher and this Friday marks my first month with MFP. I'm down 3.4 this week for a total of 9.4 since February 4th. I'M STOKED!!!!!!! I'm bouncing off the walls happy today and can't wait to get out for my lunch time walk and home tonight for a real workout.
This 3.4 pound loss comes at the end of a week where I celebrated my 5 year anniversary with my SO which included a (very fattening but yummy) dinner out with drinks and one pizza dinner - all of which I tracked.
Get outta town! I *can* do this!!!! I love my new MFP friends!

I weigh everyday cause its the only way i can keep myself accountable..... anyways, I weighed myself this morning & I lost 4 lbs since yesterday?!?! i weighed yesterday morning (first thing in the morning, butt naked after I pee lol) & was up from 143 (where ive been stuck for 3 weeks) to 146 but I wasnt too upset cause I am PMS-ing (booooo!) & I always weigh 5-8 lbs more than usual becuase of water retention & bloat so I guess Ive really just lost a pound this week...but still woo hoo!!!0

Yay, I am a friday weigher too !! I lost 0.8lbs this week... considering I went out for mexican and had some pizza last night, I'll take it !! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: 10.9lbs down so far & 6.6lbs to go until my first goal !! New Friday weigher here Typically I won't be weighing until night time when I wake up to go to work but since I called in sick last night, I weighed this morning and I was down 2.4 lbs for my first week on the site. Which made me very very happy because it put me below my plateau weight that I had been stuck at since having ovarian surgery.0
