I always have oatmeal during the week. Boring maybe but it works for me. I've got some frozen peaches thawing in a bowl in front of me at work here but depending on how long they take to thaw it will probably turn into my "snack" rather than part of my breakfast! LOL0

Thank you!
I realized once I sent my reply that Kmill217 had said it was " a go lean cereal".
And also thanx for reminding me of flax seeds. Great for keeping the bowels clear, but healthy.
I was once told a teaspoon a day. Didn't keep it up, but will put a spoon full on my cereal sometimes.
Will try to mush/ break them up so they absorb better.
Eating breakfast every day has definitely helped with my weight loss and fitness. I am even jogging about 2 and a bit K now. Never would have believed that two years age.
Wishing all the best to everyone, keep at it!0 -
3 x Shredded Wheat, 150ml of 2% milk.

Jimmy Deans D-lights
1 whole grain muffin, turkey sausage, egg whites and cheese. I love McDonald's breakfast, but this was so delicious! Won't be stopping at Mickey D's any more!0 -
I had a cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal (140 cal) with 3/4 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk (30 cal) and about a half of cup of strawberries. And to get a little more protein in there before my workout, I had a hardboiled egg.
Ended up close to 300 calories.0 -
Today I had:
2 Egglands Best eggs, sunny side up
1/2 a cup of fat free cottage cheese, mixed with 1/3 a cup of All Bran Bran Buds
a chopped up gala apple with cinnamon sprinkled over it
and 1/2 a cup of raspberry lowfat kefir
:]
It was 450 calories... But I ate it at 6:30am, and wouldn't be eating again until 11-11:30am.
And with being in class all day, I NEED all of that protein to keep my mind sharp and for the energy to pull myself (somehow) through chemistry... Oy.0
