Yay! a part of me I'm proud to show off
4 months into weight loss
Now from last week, after lots of walking, Stronglifts 5x5 which lasted about 2 month, completing C25K, 30 day shred, and other cardio exercises, Ripped in 30, and then switching to heavier cardio in Jan with swimming, biking and running in preparation for a Sprint Tri.
I'm trying to figure out maintenance so the past month or more of my diary is not a fair indication of my eating habits that got these results.
<<edit>>to be fair and honest, the back is great (IMO). the front not so much... loose skin and a pouchy pouch0 -
Thank you everyone for contributing!!! I love everyone's progress, you look awesome!! not a shabby one in the bunch...keep it up. I need to take a new one since mine was from a couple weeks ago and I've been lifting hard and heavy...impatient much? uh, yeah.

I painted that wall with chalkboard paint. There are angel wings drawn there as a headboard, to the right is a list of all my personal records, current standings, goals and event countdown.0 -
