    Saturday I was insane and did 3 Brazil Butt Lift routines (new to the program) - DOM just about killed me yesterday. So today I being the insane person I am did it again. Only this time I did only two routines....

    60 minutes of Brazil Butt Lift Bum Bum & Cardio Axe - 451 calories - Booyah!

    I ride a stationary bike while playing one game of John Madden Football in franchise mode. I ride 30-40 minutes a day ... unless the game goes into overtime.

    Kinda bummed today. Got out fo the office later than I wanted and while I was able to get a my couple miles in on the track running intervals, flipping tires, and bleacher sprints, I got the gym and found out they are closing early because fo spring break (I work at a college). So I only had 5 minutes and was able to complete a couple quick free weight chest exercises, curls and extensions, and some pullups. I was REALLY looking forward to some big sets after a failry lazy weekend.

    I've been doing Dailyburn.com's 3 month cardio sculpt program. It's really a really intense 30 minutes every day, but it's so worth it! I'm getting so strong!
