    Got 1 of my 2 per week strength training in today!

    Monday- 104 min bike riding (half pulling my 20 pound child behind me!)
    Tuesday- 60 min zumba
    Wednesday- 65 min Body Pump, gonna get an after dinner walk in later, IT'S BEAUTIFUL OUT!

    monday: 27 min run
    tuesday: 45 min elliptical and 15 weights
    ...the way this week is going i don't know that i'll reach 360 but my goal is to get at least 30 minutes in everyday for the rest of the week :)

    well don't know if all this counts but 195 mins shopping,shopping, shopping hehehe gardening and lots a cooking :tongue: But if its in the log its gotta count :drinker:

    Running Tally for this week (June 7th - 11th)
    Monday - 60mins turbo Jam
    Tuesday - 40 mins turbo sculpt + 20mins walking
    Wednesday - 40 mins rode my bike

    Mon - 25 mins. shred
    Tues - 25 mins. shred, 20 mins. walking.
    Wed - 30 mins. walking (no shred)

    Total 100 minutes. Remaining 260

    Going swimming tonight though. Not laps, but will be in the pool with my babies so it'll be some kind of working out.

    Thursday...work 10:00 to 6:00, ballgame, is there any time left for exercise??? maybe, I'll shred for 20 minutes

My name is Crystal and i hve 2 kids... a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 month old. i was stoked yesterday when i found out that i had lost 32 pounds since i gave birth... i'm 12 pounds lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight.. and that gave me the motivation to get back into this.. i really am going to try to loose as much as possible and try to track everything. as long as my kids let me, i'll do it everyday

    Welcome crystal :smile: Well there goes another 60 mins and possibly tonight I will jump on the treadmill while watching tv ....Damn I got all this energy today and I actually got up like 2 hrs before I normally do wth go figure lol ....So if I tally everything up I have gone way over the 360 mark yippy :drinker: :drinker: Have a great evening everyone !!!!!

    See it's easier than you think...dont' have to be heart-thumping-about-to-die...just move a little more than you used to...

    Nothing for me today...work and a ball game pretty much consumes the day...hopefully, will bump it up a bit tomorrow

    I have not checked in here since tuesday but I have been working out! Sar far I am at 355 minutes and I have lost 2 pounds this week! It has been a good week but it will be a challenge this weekend!Today is my wedding anniversary so we are going out to dinner (I plan to make smart choices) saturday I have my cousins birthday party(Lord give me strength to stay away from cake) and sunday, yeah I don't even need an excuse for sunday! But I am determined not to undo everything I have worked so hard for! I wish everyone good luck and keep up the good work!

    There goes anothe 60 mins BOOOYAHHHH .... I totally blew this challenge away this week now If I can just stick with it ....lol.... Im always strong the first week then blow it :explode:

    55 minutes of moving dry wall from the trailer to the basement (heart thumping and I thought I was gonna die)...add that one for today for 389 calories...whoo hooo

    Total min 444

    K so obviously I haven't gone to Body Pump yet, but this way (even tho I want to go) I have no choise!

    Monday-today 2708 calories burned .. body pump is usually around 350 so right around 3000 calories burned for this week!

    Hi, is it too late for me to join. This is a great challenge. I'll start logging tomorrow and will try to post daily. To all in this challenge please add me as a friend as it will make me accountable.

    I'm currently 151lb!!!! and am trying to get down to 140. My downfall is food. I have a very sweet tooth and I can manage to get through the day but usually feel like snacking at night. I don't keep snack foods in the house anymore. I'm on 1300 calories a day.

    Sat - walked at the park/farm for about 4 hours. This should totally put me over the 360 minutes. I will do some actual workouts today though. I'd like to get in my shred and some elliptical time. I'm hoping this will jump start me into the next week as well.

    OK...grand tally is 361 minutes of active exercise...made it by 1 extra minute

    Tomorrow is a new week!!! Great job for those who stuck it out!!!

    my grand total for the week was 495 minutes!I am happy and I hope everyone did well, no matter what your goal was!I am going to do this again starting tomorrow!I hope you all will join me!:happy:

    friday: nothing-sick :(
    saturday: 3+ hours of cleaning for my brother's grad party so no real workout
    sunday: 25 min rollerblading
    so real working out 232 minutes but with cleaning over 400 :) not bad for a busy week!!!
