Egg beaters scrambled with onions, mushrooms, and a slice of Jennie-O turkey bacon. Half of a Nature's Own sandwich round spread with 1 Tbsp of Bama PB&J swirl. Washed down with half a cup of Almond Breeze: 263 calories.

    And incredibly delicious and filling.

I had 1/3 egg whites, a veggie sausage patty, and a sprinkle of cheese, all nuked in the microwave and mixed up. Its my standard breakfast. I usually eat that before I head to work (or on my way!) and eat some fruit once I get to work. Its about 140 calories for the egg bowl, and depending on the fruit I get another 50-100 calories there. I probably should eat more because I work out heaviliy in the morning before breakfast, but I tend to eat all day long instead of seperate meals.

Flat out wrap with flax filled with a 3-eggwhite omelette, slice of f/f cheese, and half a turkey sausage. SO yummy and only 200 calories.

I either eat that or 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup almond milk and peanut butter, which I had for a snack instead.

I am so boring, I like the same 2 things and only those 2 things every single day.

My usual, coffee with creamer and splenda. I'm really bad about eating breakfast, even though I know I should.

Roll all that together, and it's delicious. It's almost like dessert. I discovered this peanut butter on these boards, and I'm so glad I did!!!!!!

1 slice Dave's Killer Bread (Good Seed), toasted
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1/2 c. cottage cheese

I ran out of raspberries; otherwise I would have had them with the cottage cheese.

I'm a sucker for toast and peanut butter. It will never ever ever get old.

I skipped breakfast because I wasn't hungry, I usually just have cold cereal. I had to go to the grocery store this afternoon so I decided that once I got in the store I'd be starving so I stopped at McDonalds & had their smallest cheeseburger, small fries, & a med. coke & OMG! we're talking around 700 calories. Now I feel sick just thinking about it. But thats a rare meal so I guess it's ok. Just have to work a little harder tonight.

Sounds like a great way to start the day. I've been told it would be a good idea to add a protein shake to my daily intake. My protein intake has been low lately. Are they really good? What about the protein bars? The bars I have seen seem to be loaded with sugar. I don't need the sugar at all.

I use Jay Robb protien powder. It is all natural, sweetened with Stevia and it tastes AWESOME!!!! Like a milkshake.

Stay far, far away from the Protein bars. They are just as bad if not worse than most candy bars.

    Spinach smoothie!

I didn’t believe a few people on MFP that said you couldn’t taste it so I tried it myself and you CANNOT, WOW!!

    1 cup frozen mangos thawed
½ cup blueberries (frozen works best for a dark purple colour otherwise not so pretty green/blue dot colour)
    1 large handful of spinach
    ¾ cup water
    1 cup ice

Blend all but ice, add ice and blend until smooth.

So yummy and good for you, only 2 WW points and it’s a HUGE serving!
