Another idea: go half mashed and have pureed butternut squash - delicious and pretty!!! (It's what's on the shepherd's pie I'm having for dinner tonight!)

This is a great combination - mango and peri peri chicken sounds awesome. The avocado is a bonus addition too :) Did you post a recipe link for the chicken, by any chance?

Unfortunately I was slack/exhausted from the gym so all I did was add a couple of tablespoons of Nandos peri peri marinade.
The rest was just chucked on the plate in whatever quantity was in the fridge.
I didn't know what it'd be like with the mango but yup, great combination, it was amazing!

The recipes for the fluff, the brownies and the pizza crust are on page two of this thread.

Please stop quoting the pictures. It fills the feed up with the same images over and over.

made this as an appetizer for a party, but you can also stuff it into large portobella mushroom caps.

spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms, this stuffed 46 small mushroom caps. the calories for the artichoke filling are 19 calories per serving, plus whatever a mushroom is lol.

originally from all recipes.com, i tweaked it to use greek yogurt instead of mayo. they're soooo good, i have leftovers in the fridge yey!

Why can't restaurants create salad options that are less than 300 calories? Here is my giant salad for dinner and it is only 242 calories. I measured exactly tonight. It has beets, spinach, brocolli slaw, newmans black bean salsa, wonton topper, radishes. Delicious! Its similar to my "everyday salad" that I love to talk about and eat daily. Find it on pinkspantry.blogspot.ca
