Just did some cardio at the gym, walked home, realized I forgot my phone at the gym half way, and then had to walk back!

Yesterday I was going to do a dvd, but I really wanted to watch Supernatural because I keep missing it, so I did calisthenics for 20 minutes while I watched it. My nights have been really late anyway. This got me to bed before midnight. Tonight is NROLFW stage 5, A2.0

I did 15 mins on the elliptical at a elevation of 15, then 15 mins on the cycle. Then me and the sister did 40 minutes of rollerblading in the neighborhood0
