    Nothing. Yesterday was lifting day, day before was a 2 hour hike and naughty business in the forest, tomorrow is lifts and whatever else I feel like.
  • At the moment i'm doing the 30 day shred and i'm planning on starting the biggest loser last chance workout

    Yesterday I shoveled snow for 9 minutes, until my shovel cracked in half, and then I finished off with a 16 minute workout that rhymes with tie bow. Don't want people making fun of me! :tongue:

  • called cardio muscle but more like a bootcamp! 250 different abs with a weight, two rounds at differents stations either something cardio or a kettlebell. In between every four stations, we did squat jumps! It was crazy hard but worth it! :wink:

    15 minutes of runing up and down stairs burned 566 calories, arms up with kendra video only 5 minutes that burned 75 and ill probably take the dog for a walk later on in the day.

    HANDSTAND PUSH UPS!! 6 months ago I could barely do a pull-up, now Im banging out 8-13 x 4 daily. So my new project is handstand pushups

    hour of chest and core strength training, with 30 minutes of cardio...most likely stationary bike as my left heel is killing me.

    -I taught 3 ballet classes this morning
    -I have a hip-hop class to teach at 4pm
    -Then I have to mow the lawn at home

    - Turbo Fire Stretch 40 this evening (mostly yoga).
    - 225 pop squats for the MFP challenge.
    - 100 Hindu squats I did this morning to finish up yesterday's challenge because I slacked off yesterday.
    - 100 pushups
    - And possibly 100 toe touches for another MFP daily challenge I saw (not sure about that one yet).

    I was thinking about this last night! I wonder if I could do a handstand push-up without falling over and breaking my arms, or killing myself. Still can't do a pull-up.
  • Will be: run to the Safeway closest to my house in Mountain View, CA and walk back w/ groceries for dinner :)
