    First workout of Phase 2 done - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps + Ab Ripper X. I failed at one-arm pushups but everything else went pretty well.

    Day 37 Plyo finished. Went to the Doc on Friday and got to drop another High Blood pressure pill. This was was an alpha blocker
    that kept my heart rate in check. So now my heart rate is normal. In fact when Tony said his HRM said 148...mine was
    exactly 148 too !! I had a good chuckle. I've gone from taking 3 Blood Pressure Meds to 1 in less than 2 years. One to go !!

    Day 45/90 - Back, biceps and abs done! I can't believe it's halfway over. Maybe it's time to start thinking about the next workout.

    My biceps are hurtin' today after yesterday's "Back & Biceps" workout. Phase 2 is making me feel like the beginning of Phase 1 - pain, but a good pain. Yesterday's AB Ripper X workout never felt so easy. It took me the entire Phase 1 to get to a point where I could keep up with all those exercises with good form.

    Why does legs day hurt so much?! Two days later and I'm still feeling the pain. But I love it!

    Looking forward to starting week 2 of phase 2 tomorrow.

    Freaking awesome Nate ! I finished day 45 Back and Biceps...had a fantastic burn :). Recovery week on the horizon.

    finished x stretch yesterday, and core again today.
