HOLY COW!!! I lost 3.6 lbs this week.... Must have been water weight.. No way all that was fat.. I am eating 1800 calories a day and only worked out once this week...

I've been weighing on Fridays too, in the morning right after I get home from work. This week I lost 2.4lbs. That is nice and all, but it really does just mean that i've got plenty to lose. I'm aiming for 200lbs for my 30th birthday (April 24th), 7 pounds to go, then on to the next goal!

Down 2.1 pounds this week. I feel like I should say in every post I put... yes I originally joined in Aug 2010 and I lost about 40lbs but then gained it back and just started up again 1/30/2013. Wish I could just change my "joined date". It's kind of embarassing. I guess that's what I get for falling back into my unhealthy life style in 2011. But hey, I lost another 2.1 lbs!0
