Sexy isn't about size, which is a good thing since it would appear that no two clothing manufacturers can agree on what constitutes which size... and since most guys couldn't tell you what size a woman wears -- even if they live with her -- I don't think the men you're expecting to answer are going to be able to answer the question accurately the way it is posed.

I think, since you gave your measurements, that you are more likely asking, "Can I be as sexy as I think an adult performer looks at my size?" and the answer is YES, because your sexiness is not some act you are putting on: you are a newlywed who loves her husband -- no matter what a stripper might appear to be feeling, she is at WORK. I've known several in my lifetime and they talk about their jobs the same way everybody else does...

When you come on to your husband, I'm quite sure you get the reaction you're looking for (or you wouldn't have married him, amirite?)... but if you're specifically wondering if men other than the one you married think you are attractive, I think you are going to get the answer that every single woman on this site would get: some do, some don't. And while it's sweet that so many people have basically said "your husband does and that's all that matters," the truth is YOU need to and the rest will just fall right into place.

Personally, my "size" is bigger than yours. I've never had a problem being sexy.

I should also mention that I work in the adult entertainment industry (no, not as a performer) so my view of what other people view as sexy might be a little skewed and this is the reason for the post!

IMO you can not judge by sizes, any more than you can judge by weight, a skinny fat size 5 and a fit size 5 are worlds apart.

    +1

    Exactly!

To correct my previous comment and by request:

    Hot bendy ones.

This appears to be a correct statement.

I was surprised to hear this too - my boyfriend told me the other day that he is more into girls who are a bit more "fluffy?". He referred to "plus size models" so not obese females, but more average. :)

as a self-proclaimed connoisseur of women --- sexy is in the personality more than the body

I have been with women from a size 4-20 ... each one sexy in her own right. It is all in how you carry yourself, your attitude --- for me way more important than clothing size.

We are brought up told that ALL men love the whole size zero thing, and while some do, it is definitely not true for all...

I have always been slim buy pretty curvy too, wide hips, a pretty huge *kitten* etc. Thankfully, my boyfriend loves this... I always stress over being the skinniest etc, but I would hate if I actually was too skinny.

Most men are more repulsed by extreme skinniness than natural female curvature, I find.

As long as your other half loves you and thinks your sexy, you don't have to worry, but I see why you would be curious to ask this question, I always wonder what goes on in the minds of the other gender too!

Every man is different. I like around 7-10 but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like smaller or bigger. Depends on the person, their mind, mental attraction. The things that matter more then looks. :D

Sexy = proportionate. Body type be what it may, someone who takes reasonable care of herself and has self-respect is attractive. Major bonus points for IQ > 130. =P

"Skinny fat" (you know, the size 0 that just lets herself go) is not as attractive as a well-taken-care-of size 16 (think Christina Hendricks).

This is so so sexy to me. But I don't think its so much from looks or size itself, but more from her being able to be so strong while looking laid back and pretty in clothes... Which is super intimidating and that makes it sexy.

Honestly, though: Most any healthy size can be attractive. Personality, the way you dress and the way you carry yourself matter most to me.

I was pretty much going to say exactly that. Women give men a lot more credit than they deserve when it comes to knowing sizes, weight, etc. Most normal men don't instantly zero in on your pooch or a little bit of back fat when you get naked, either. Until you point out your flaws to him, he probably doesn't see them/is too worried about his own.

When it comes to lingerie, just think about the parts of your body that you like. I have good legs/boobs for my size, so I like babydoll nighties (IMHO, a corset on a fat tummy may look okay on, but when you get it off it's gonna look all red and creasy; not cute!). It sounds like you are self conscious about your legs, so maybe try a full length gown deep V neckline or something with color blocked panels on the sides. Being in the adult industry, you yourself must know how much illusion affects what is sexy. :)http://www.celebrateyoursexy.com/lingerie-thursday-dress-your-shape-series-pear/

Ok, I didn't read it all, but I think the issue at the heart of the matter is.

    A) did you fill out an application at the strip club?
    B) Your husband is obviously wanting you to put a stripper pole in the bedroom and take pole dancing lessons.

Someone already said this I am sure but why does it matter? Your husband said you were sexy for being you. It doesnt matter what others think is sexy.

I dont think there is anything wrong with u asking this. It doesnt mean ur not sexy or ur insecure just because u asked this. And some people say it doesnt matter as long as ur husband thinks u look great. well every woman still likes to know they still have the goods regardless if they are married or not. I dont think u posted this for men to say stuff to u. It was just a wonder:)

You might want to read a little further between the lines. She's in the adult entertainment business. Stripper poles in the bedroom are probably a little too vanilla for this couple.

But OP, if your guy finds you sexy then that's all you need to hear. Not much else should matter.

Ok. So, my husband and I got into this debate this weekend after we went to the strip club. He thinks that women built like me are sexy (kinda nice, huh?!). I'm a size 12 with enormous hips, thunder thighs, and 38DD. He seemed to think that the stripper that he though was doing the most personal dances was close to my size (I didn't seem to think so, but he could have been right). We're going to a lingerie party in a few weeks and I'd like to wear something revealing, but I'm also a little nervous about being super self-conscious....

So, my question is, what size and body type are you attracted to?

Your husband thinks you're sexy, what more confirmation do you need?

I'm not a guy, but I like girls, so I'm just going to butt on in right about now.
    :B
Also, I'm about to sound superduper shallow.

For me, it's not about size it's about shape. I've seen some size 10s that are rocking a flat tummy, curves, and just an overall thickness, very nice.

I also have a friend who is a size 4, she had a baby recently, she has the same tummy pouch I have. Not to say that it's not cute (I think they're cute, and the story behind them makes me melt, I love babies) but if we're talking lingerie parties and strip clubs, I'd rather see my size 10 friend.

So like I said, for a lot of guys (and girls) it's not about the size or weight, it's about what they look like naked.

ALL THAT BEING SAID. Confidence = sexy. Gimme a size 14 in a corset and some thigh highs and I'm set to go, okayyyy. :p

Can I have a crush on you? (:
    Yes please
    :B :flowerforyou:
Is there room for a second crush? I second that motion...:drinker:
