April challenge

Hi all,

Anyone interested in doing some challenge for April ?all we need to do is check the weight every Friday and to meet some of your mini goals for that week and post here...say my mini goal would be to drink water daily and do exercise atleast 5 days in a week....we do like 10 points for everyday...but we should be truthful to ourselves in entering the points :-) .you should be committed to enter everyday.

Food-5( if you stay with your calorie intake)

Water-2(drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day)

Exercise-2(if you had some kind of workout for the day )

Vitamins if taking any-1 ( if you don't take any vitamins at all then add 1 point to your exercise)

Anyone interested?

    Good job...If you are not taking vitamins you can add one more point to your exercise that would make your total 10

    Can I join? I'm going on holiday on Thursday for 10 days and I'm dreading holiday slippage....today Exercise 2, Food 5, Water 2. Must get some vitamins....

    You are welcome to join us...tomorrow is our weigh in Friday ...get your last chance workout :-) I was thinking about having 100 points ...I used to do something very similar to this in another community started by a wonderful person but I couldn't continue there because of some membership.it kept me in track...so it's a little bit similar to that.if you want to make any changes feel free to make them.

    Daily points * no of days in a week (10*7)=70
    Mini goals = 10
    Weight loss = 10
    Posting your points daily = 10

    Total points for a week= 100.

    We will pick a winner for the week.any changes ?
