I packed this for my 2 meals today @ work, as I cooked 3 days worth of meals last night and it's all packed and ready to go.0 -
I had a huge apple with pb and chopped peanuts. Delish.0

I had about 1.5 cup of spaghetti squash with 2-3 oz cut up grilled chicken and 1/2 cup of jar spaghetti sauce on top! And I had a vanilla light and fit greek yogurt for dessert. All in all about 300-320 calories.
And satisfied!

I had a salad with turkey, ham, bacon, tomatoes, onions, extra light virgin olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper=420 calories

6 oz of chicken baked with mrs dash lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 whole grain rice (uncle bens)
4oz of steamed broccili
3 oz of Kraft Natural Shredded Mexican Style four cheese

I had two Morningstar Farms garden vegetable burgers, plain with no bun, and a Chobani almond coco loco with a cup of Diet Dr. Pepper
On a somewhat unrelated note, I think I am the only non-vegetarian person I know that PREFERS these veggie patties to a burger...0 -
A 100% whole wheat roll with olive oil mayo, sliced chicken breast, tomato, red onion, dried basil, dried oregano, salt and put under the broiler to toast up. Then mixed leafy greens and sliced avocado were added. Served with a cup of green grapes, blackberries and strawberries. Glass of water with freshly squeezed lemon juice to drink. NUM!0
