  • I'm not sure how to add pics, I'll try to figure that out and come back with some. I'm 6'1 and it has taken me a year to lose 50 pounds. I'd like to lose 100 more.

Great thread. With 5'9" I'm almost small in this thread but I am generally considered tall for a woman .

Im about 5 foot 8, in the last year I have gone from 90 to 67.8 kg a size 16-18 to a 10-12 (New Zealand Sizes),lost the weight through diet and HIT cardio 20 minute sessions 4x a week with 30-40minutes on a sunday.
Now I feel I look to thin so I am now lifting weights to fill out a bit.
(Read instructions but couldn't work out how to load the before and after photo I have).

  • I'm 6'1.5. I started out at 379. I'm 230.8 right now. My goal is around 203-207. I honestly just want to get to a healthy body fat and tone. I'm not sure how to post before and not there, but close pics.

Thanks so much for posting numbers ladies! I've been overweight my whole life so I had no idea what the "right" goal weight should be. At 5'10", my target of 175 doesn't seem too far off. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Sorry for the watermarks but lately my pictures are being stolen for fake weight loss ads.

I'm 24 years old and 5'10". I started my journey January 2013 at 270lbs and now am somewhere in the low 170's.

I'm almost 5'10" and looking to drop about 60 pounds this year. I lost 80 pounds 4 years ago through changing my eating habits and going to the gym regularly. However, I gained 60 back over the years due to back surgery, poor diet, and little to no exercise. I have been reading many if the success stories since the new year and I am very inspired and confident I will reach my goal by December, if not sooner. I am currently eating 1200 to 1500 calories a day and working out everyday. I am doing 30 day shred and other Jillian DVDs, along with some Biggest Loser and Bob Harper DVDs.

I am 5'11''. I started at 278.2lbs and reached my goal of 148.2lbs. When I started I had a goal of around 160 but as I lost and became more active the weight just started to fall off.

I love this thread. I'm 6' 188 lbs. My highest was 194 back in high school and I lost a ton of weight in college. Six years later I've gained it all back, so I'm here for good!

    CW: 187.8
    Goal Weight: 165

I was down to 148 at one point and while I would love to be that thin again I wasn't very healthy. I'm hoping 165 is a good place to be. I'm trying to motivate myself to take before pictures but every time I look in the mirror I want to cry!

Hey girls! I have been on a weight loss mission to raise money for drugs research for Pulmonary Hypertension (a lung illness) as my son was diagnosed last year at 2 years old with something called Eisenmenger Syndrome - a heart lung condition. Anyway, raising money doing 'The Pound4Pound Challenge' has stopped me hitting the bottle with depression in trying to cope with this news and I have managed to raise almost £3500 for drugs research so far. I have two weeks left to my challenge and 4lbs to go! eeeeek! bricking it!

SO any fab tips Im all ears!!!

Im quite nervous about finishing the challenge, as my motivator has been raising money for drugs research for my son, without that it will be much harder to stop drinking that bucket of wine and washing it down with chocolate! So thought I might try and find some weight loss buddies to try and keep going with it all!

Im 5.10. I was 15 stone 9lbs and my challenge was to loose 44lbs (3 stone) to get into the top of my healthy BMI.

If u like blogs I have one about my challenge and things I have done each week to try and shed the lbs! In two weeks when the challenge finishes I will be doing after pics and posting the before pics too! eeeeek! scary stuff!
