I made mine with Chocolate Powder and Blueberries. I did add a splash of milk since it was super thick. Not bad! better with Sugar Free Syrup..and I am still full 3 hours later!

Awesome! Think it would work with GF flour blend?

I've been making GF protein pancakes with 1/2 cup soy protein isolate, 1/4 cup GF pancake mix, two eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a cup of milk, and they're delicious.

    Hi They look good.
    I use
    1 egg white,
12-25g rolled oates (depends on days carb content but less and they are lighter in texture
    1 scoop of protein powder
water to the right consistancy (about 1/4 cup) but I add in half then more if neeed. I add it slowly unitl it starts blending see next step.
I put all in small jug and use a stick blender untill it is had 'grown' in size and looks light and fluffy.
Then just cook in a non stick, top with banana and a tea spoon of mape Syrup. Yummy

A lower carb, higher protein option (chocolate version):
    1/3c pumpkin
    1/2c liquid egg white
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tbsp cocoa
    cinnamon
drops of choc stevia (as you wish)
    drizzle strawberry/blueberry sauce

242c/16C/3F/40p per pancake. Not quite as tasty as the real deal, but a good substitute.
