I broke my fast at 1:30pm after some fasted cardio with a tuna and sweetcorn omelette
Tomorrow I'm having poached eggs and smoked salmon with toast. YUM.0 -

Same thing I eat every single day of the week... 1 strip homegrown/homecured bacon, 2 free range home grown eggs fried in previously mentioned bacon fat, 2 cups home ground roasted coffee with sinfully thick cream from our cow. . . mmm mm good!
I like routine and if I break it to have toast or something else (which I don't usually do on my lower carb diet), I miss my regular filling and fatty breakfast!
The odd day I will mix it up and use those 2 eggs tomake a cheese, bacon, pepper and onion omlet, but that's when I'm feeling wild and have more time . . .0 -
my new fave thing at the moment - overnight oatmeal. this morning's concoction (only cuz i've run out of cocoa powder and cranberries) was banana cinnamon coconut
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup milk (i use unsweetened almond)
1/2 banana
1tbsp shredded coconut
1.5 tsp chia seeds
pinch of cinnamon
