    I'm in for 600 mins and 70,000 steps each week. (May have to adjust steps if using the recumbent bike.)

    I wasn't that great on checking in with my totals, but this challenge has really helped me stay motivated. The hiking each weekend is what really put me over the top. I can now even hike on the advanced trails, I am just still a bit slower than my teenagers. Actually my daughter is no longer a teenager because she just turned 20 on the 24th.
