    I have my Chalean Routine tonight and hope that with the boring day of work ahead of me I can still have energy to go home and workout. Usually work isn't so slow, but for some reason there's not as many patients on my doc's schedule. Oh well, a nice day to not feel like I'm running constantly.

    Decided to sleep in this morning rather than have another two a day workout. It was nice to sleep in for the first time this week! I guess its not really sleeping in though if I'm getting up at 4:50 rather than 4:00... but at least its a little bit.

    I put my settings to sedentary (spelling? is that even the right word? ) lol. And I'm counting 2 hours of my work day. Work again tomorrow.. May be working 4-5 days a week soon, if so I'll change my settings again and no longer count it! Can't wait to finally get back to zumba tho, I'm hoping for Sunday morning!!

    Hi everybody, forgot to post last couple of days, so heres my update

    friday: 165 min + 1161 cals


    total burnt so far 6,280 - 6,000 calorie was my target for the week, so i have certainly met this and i still have saturday and sunday to add on, maybe i should have made it 7,500 calories to burn!!! but thought this would have been a bit much.

    i also lost 2.8 pounds this week, which i was pleased with as this was my holiday weight gain.

    kazren - i say feel free :) we start mondays and go through till sunday. goal is to burn 2500 (with and hrm) or work out 360min for the week. i try to post daily, but not always able so i just make up for it the next day that i can.

    30 min wii fit free step - 155 kcal burnt
