I put my settings to sedentary (spelling? is that even the right word? ) lol. And I'm counting 2 hours of my work day. Work again tomorrow.. May be working 4-5 days a week soon, if so I'll change my settings again and no longer count it! Can't wait to finally get back to zumba tho, I'm hoping for Sunday morning!!0 -

total burnt so far 6,280 - 6,000 calorie was my target for the week, so i have certainly met this and i still have saturday and sunday to add on, maybe i should have made it 7,500 calories to burn!!! but thought this would have been a bit much.
i also lost 2.8 pounds this week, which i was pleased with as this was my holiday weight gain.0 -
