    I did this group in February and March and liked the support. Like you above me, I've been losing and regaining the last two months, so I need the extra push.

    I plan to walk 1-2 miles/day, so that's at least 30 miles this month. so far I've walked three miles. I also do floor exercises and weight lifting.

    looks like everyone is doing great work!! my cardio is stairmaster 30min 3 days week 70steps per min. Lift 1hr 5days and other 2 days core class's 30min ea.

    I lost 20 pounds during the winter prior to coming back to MFP
    Now working on my next 20

    Try going somewhere where they serve low calorie, low fat , frozen yogurts.
    Have a diet soda or other alternative they may sell there, instead of ice cream...its easier than sitting there having nothing watching your sister.

    I plan to do more strength training workouts . I jusht started 3 days back and lost 6 pounds. I am taking a little more than 1200 calories daily . I am happy to have lost 6 pounds in 3 days but also worried a bit .

    6/8 207.8 Bad week - after weigh in last week I wore the wrong shoes and blistered my foot. Tuesday, blistered the other one. Very low on movement while trying to heal them back up.

    I had a nearly 2lb loss this morning so I'm likely going to sit at 161 for a while. Not sure if 5lbs this month is going to happen but it doesn't hurt to try! If I can even hit the 150's in June I'll be happy.
