Gonna give this a shot. On day 4 of the squat challenge. If I'm gonna hurt might as well hurt all over.

Listen to your body. If you need a break, then go for it! You dont want to mess up your form by being too tired to do it correctly. Its about challenging yourself to at least get to your daily goal. I think I started to break them up when I got to 75. Then I would break at 50 reps. Towards the end though, I was able to do 100 nonstop. But there really is no need to, squats are squats. Just keep doing them. Your legs will get stronger and it will get easier. Good Luck!! I finished my squat challenge last week and I decided to keep doing them. I like the firmness of my new legs and bootySo in addition to my ab challenge of the day, I add 200 squats.

I forget what day we are one, but I surely didnt forget the 60 crunches and 60 second planks I did last night.
Wow, crunches for me are not bad, but planks!!!! yikes!! I wonder how many seconds tonight is? Gotta look at my schedule at home0 -

Totally dropped the ball last week. I was feeling super sick most days and didn't feel up to it (I think I discovered I am lactose intolerant), so starting fresh today!0
