Just do some simple math with the ingredients in mind:
1 egg = ~70 cal
Yogurt = ~100 cal
Protein powder = ~90 cal
Flour = ~50 cal

Use chocolate powder. Mix in a banana instead of strawberries, and add a little crumbled crispy bacon. Then top with warmed peanut butter...OMGoodness! ELVIS has left the building!!!0

That 314 calories is for the entire recipe packed with good nutrition. The "real thing" will be about 314 calories in one pancake and nothing but empty nutrition. Easy choice.
