It's September...the lazy days of summer have passed...this month, you have 3 options:

1) Move and shake it for 360 minutes a week ...so, put down that mouse and get going
2) Burn 2500 calories with a HRM
3) Measure your abdoment and lose 1/2" to 1"

Who's up for this challenge? We go from Monday to Sunday

Walk a dog, don't have a dog, borrow one....plant a garden, weed someone elses...put down those car keys, ride a bike...start a new sport...let's get going

You can modify any one you want....who's gonna hustle and find their groove in September?

Looks like we got a great group ready for this challenge...:flowerforyou:

Starting tomorrow log your activity any way you want...minutes, calories or both...let's see who is gonna boogie, zumba, run, bike, yoga or circuit train to the end:smokin:

Your reward will be a new, improve waistline....

OK, what's your plan...this is gonna planning and prep...bring it on

My plan is Monday, kettleballs 30 to 45 minutes...then, maybe 30 minutes of elliptical

I totally need to commit this month. I'll have a mini goal of at least 250 a week as I don't usually make 360, but will push for the 360. That would do me good!

I am in! My weight has been stuck for too long, so I started MFP as a way to check my eating! I am hitting the activitiy goal, so I will set a goal of 1" lost from the waist line!

BTW, what does the acronym you used stand for in your original post?

Abdomen 42 7/8" (thickest part below belly button)
