Wow everyone has done so well! I still have a little way to go yet!
Mine are in this post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1039012-32lb-loss-progress-photos0 -
Starting weight on mfp April 2012 was about 194 lbs.
Highest weight in picture was about 200lbs. estimated 25% body fat
Current weight around ... no comment ;-) but about 13-14% bodyfat
Lost weight from cardio and weight training 5 days a week and eating less calories then I was burning. Currently I am trying to eat healthier food and more of it to gain some muscle.
Why I started: To look and feel better about myself.

I'm sorry, but WHAT?! CRAZY DIFFERENCE! Congrats. I'm starting at about the same weight, hoping to do exactly what you're doing, minus weights. You look absolutely amazing, though. Keep it up!0 -
Start weight 220, currently 154. I started back exercising in July 2011 after my 2nd baby, when she was 7 weeks old. I joined MFP July 2012. To begin with I ate 1200 calories a day and now I eat 1500-1600. For the first year I was doing 2 PT sessions a week and 3 other gym sessions, then I started including classes and do a mix of spinning, legs bums tums, Zumba, aerobics, step, boxercise, core stability.... I do one PT session a fortnight now, although I'd do more if I could afford to. I probably do 1 gym session a week and 4 classes. I also walk a lot with my very active kids (now age 2 and 4).
I eat healthily, mainly, and try for higher protein. We rarely get take-away and generally cook from scratch.
I'd like to get down to about 145lbs, but what I really want is to get rid of my mummy tummy which is still there!0 -
Hey Guys,
Please show me your before and after pictures.
State your starting weight, your current weight and your goal weight.
and a little background on how you did it e.g meal plan, exercise and why you did it ?
Looking forward to seeing your guys photos!
See prolfie picture...as I have not been able to master the art of posting pictuers on here..

CW: 191
GW: 173 (subject to change depending on what I look like when I get there.. LOL)
Height: 5'9"
I did it by eating healthy amount of the right foods and exercising. I did it because I ended up in the ER and left ther with a DX of "unknown" so I did a lot of reserach and realized that the only thing not healthy about me was my eating and exercise habits. Change that, change my life.
never looking back

Sadly I have no photos of myself at my highest weight, but I started taking photos around 194 lbs. So, that said :
The first set of pics I was 194 lbs in a tight fitting pair of size 18 pants.
The second set of pics I am at 167 in semi loose size 14 pants (I am now 166, and do have some pairs of comfortable fitting size 12's...It just depends on the brand.)
Oh, and I"m 5'6 if that helps. I tried to snag my measurements (but I'm never too confident measuring myself lol) and kept coming up with 40-29-40
My goal weight is 125, so I still have a ways to go. I've been doing keto and loving it!0 -
August 2011....276lbs
Day one began Oct 25 2011....the same day I found mfp....logged all my food...never went over the calories MFP set for me. Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes the first 2 months. It was painful...I won't like but when that first 20lbs came off by December 8, 2011....there was no turning back!! Now I have a 5k under my belt and will be doing the Warrior Dash in August and another 5k at the end of August. Life is good!!
July 2013....159lbs
Before Face....May 2011
After Face....July 2013

Posted in another thread, but here they are:
Starting weight - 250.5 lbs
Ending weight - 174.7 lbs.
Time - 11/14/2012-7/3/2013
Used MFP to plan calorie intake for 2lb per week loss.
Tracked all food.
Exercised every day.
Built up gradually.
If I was injured, I took time off.
I also adjusted calories down when not exercising.
Used Fitbit Aria to track weight daily.
Fitbit Ultra/One to track steps
Digifit to track cardio.
Linked apps together to only have to enter things once.
Took pics along the way.
Got my FB friends involved for support.
Rewarded myself for hitting the goal.0 -
Way to go.....you look great.0
