Hi, would love to join. Haven't had much luck or motivation to keep moving so if I am accountable to others then myself that should keep me moving.
I'll have to make up for not exercising yesterday, unless you count last minute school shopping and such.

Well, we are here to movitate and push ourselves to move....we will count school shopping if you walked to the store and back...he, he...no mercy0 -
I'm in as well! I'm really shooting for 360 minutes of exercise and would LOVE to compliment that with burning 3500 calories. I've been focusing on more strength training so I'm not sure I'll hit that calorie goal, but I sure will try!

Kim, ha ha, didn't walk to the store, but how about walking all over with my 10 yo daughter who couldn't decide on what she wanted.
Today is did c25k 20mins and step aerobics 30mins.

UPDATE: I was so inspired by examples of walking to your destination, that I walked to Kroger this evening to pick up a few things! It took me an hour to walk the 3.6 miles round trip. According to the database, I burned 243 calories! With my morning run, lunch time walk and a healthy eating day, I'm at a 513 calorie deficit for the day! And I have been totally satisfied all day! I got my eye on the skinny pants in the back of my closet!0 -
