    Well I'll never exactly be hot but, finally had the courage to take off my top for a picture at around 200lbs.

    From 5'7 and 360 to 240... and I have lost an additional 20 pounds since the "after" photo was taken! Feeling amazing and healthy and HOT! Over 135 pounds lost and about 70 to go!

    How do you post pics? My profile pic is the most recent before/after I have, but I don't know if it's hot, just healthy LOL

    I love what I'm doing and I am losing weight after trying so many other methods!! 37 lbs gone now in less than 2 months!
