    Ironically I may miss my goal in this week because I have been cycling too fast! As I put in my best ever time to work this morning, and my best time home last night I'll chalk up a win even if I do miss this week! In fact, it took me 40mins to cover the 12miles this morning, so this evening I need a 71min ride home! Ah well... Well done all.
