    Because they chose a boring diet.

    Because their diet is too restrictive.

    Because they grabbed any old diet book off the shelves without knowing if it was really for them and committed to it.

    Because their cal goals are too low.

    Because they forgot to include chocolate into their diet.

    Because a website told them cheat days are okay. (or even a good thing to preserve the sanctity of the diet).

    Because their father's ate dirty foods once in awhile and when Jr. saw said here you have an ice cream cone too and don't tell your mom.

    Because they can. Cheating is a crime of opportunity. Men are dissatisfied with their daily eating plans because food porn is everywhere nowadays and so they are all just sitting around with their forks in their hands ready to fork anything the minute your back is turned or you are too tired to give a *kitten*. Then when they are all face down in the toilet from overdoing it they want you to come in and hold their hair even though they won't tell you they got it from eating Sheila's dirty dirty cake from down the block.

    Men want attention. So when their wives spend all the time in the world to help out their girlfriends work children house and have no time for their husbands they feel neglected not useful. The new woman (for a short time)makes them feel special important virile etc.
