    Congratulations on your huge success, and thank you so much for the post. I really needed that today. I have lost 72 pounds total so far (part was lost before I found MFP), but I have found myself a little shaky in my resolve lately due to life stressors that inevitably show up. your post has helped me so much. I am taking this weekend to get back to my plan.
