Ok, here are my before and after pics from P90X. I will list my before and after weight and measurements after the pics!!!
Im 5'3"

Before Body Fat %: 37.5% After: 29%
Before Water %: 42.5% After: 50%
Before BMI: 27 After: 23.4
Before Blood Pressure: 116/78 After: 99/60
Before Resting Heart Rate: 56bpm After: 52bpm
Before Upper Waist Measurements: 30.5inches After: 27.75
Before Waist Measurements: 33inches After: 28.5inches
Before Lower Waist Measurements: 37.5inches After: 33.25inches
Before Hips Measurements: 39inches After: 35.5inches
Before Butt Measurements: 41inches After: 37.5inches
Before Upper Thigh Measurements: 24inches After: 21.5inches
Before Mid Thigh Measurements: 20inches After: 17.75inches
Before Lower Thigh Measurements: 17.5inches After: 15inches

It is suppose to be 90days (working out 7days a week).... but that is hard to do... i worked out 5-6days a week and it took me closer to 120days to complete it. I did not follow the diet plan, just used MFP to log my food!!!0 -

Thank you for sharing your results -- this gives me a lot of hope for myself (5'2", 168 lbs, currently on my 2nd round of P90 classic). I DEFINITELY have to get my hands on P90x!

I was just wondering what sort of schedule did you follow. You said you worked out 5-6 days a week and it took you 120 days.
Did you just skip a certain workout each week or did you leave out one workout one week and then the next week another one? Or how did you do it?
I wish you all the best for your 2nd round and I am sure the results will be stunning (again)

No i did all 91 workouts thats why it took 120 some odd days skipping a day here and there!!!0 -
I see! Thanks for the reply. It is great to see that you had such great results! I was worried that if I start doing it that I wouldn't be able to workout everyday and not follow the diet 100% and I knew I would just end up beating myself up about it and worry that I won't get good results. Now after seeing your great results I feel relieved as it seems possible to get results even if you have to miss a workout here and there!
