    Right now I'm loving the workout DVD Power Strength Training with Jackie. I need to get some heavier dumbbells. I'm really noticing a difference using this workout 3 days a week or more if I can. :)

    Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? Running. Which for me is irregular intervals - mixing walking and running to keep my heart rate regular and giving recovery periods in the middle of the run/walk. **9/5 - I have been training my boxer pup to eventually become my running partner. I took her for a 2 mile walk last night. Biggest problem is when she wants to take a break and I'm still walking!

    So glad to do this! I seem to be up a SOLID 5 pounds from my goal weight (which I hit in April). I've not had an easy time getting back on track and I am all set to reclaim what's mine!
