It's been a good week! Started the day after Labour Day and I'm feeling good about my efforts so far. After wayyy too long not taking care of myself, it feels great to have some discipline back in my life.
We are going to do this together!

My weight is coming off, but of course I secretly hope that it would come off quicker. My biggest challenge is working out for 60 minutes m-f and fueling my body correctly and still being able to lose weight. If you have any similar experience...would love to hear from you.
Realistically I lose about 4 lbs a month, but sure would love to get that other pound too!0 -
