Finding it difficult as I build and tone muscle to lose a pound week over wee , but not giving up. I need to really crack down on my snacking, although usually healthy, it is still in those pesky 10 here 40 there, that will keep me from lb over lb.

I lost 1lb since my last weigh-in.
I skipped weigh-in last week because I had out of state guests and we ate a lot and I gained a few pounds while they were here. I am now on my way to losing again.

My favorite method of working out is at-home DVDs. I currently do Jillian Michael's 30DS, Brenda DyGraf's Air Climber, P90 on occassion (NOT P90X), and a Fit Sugar video (only 10 minutes for those days that I don't feel up to it, but want to do something).
My bane is sweets of any kind, especially sodas. I usually drink several diet sodas a day, but this week I cut myself back by telling myself that I have to drink my daily water intake before I can have anything else. This leaves me drinking around 1 soda a day, if that. Just doing that and getting in a little exercise each day this week, I've lost 5 pounds since Monday.
