    Finding it difficult as I build and tone muscle to lose a pound week over wee , but not giving up. I need to really crack down on my snacking, although usually healthy, it is still in those pesky 10 here 40 there, that will keep me from lb over lb.

    So....wishing everyone in the challenge faithfulness today, and a spirit of tenacity when reaching this weeks goals!

    I'm working on gaining control of my evening binge eating, while at the same time upping my exercise. Enough is enough.

    My exercise would be jogging, so I'm transitioning from walking to a slow jog.

    Starting weight for this month is 125. I would like to lose 3lbs this month. I am really slowing down the closer I get to my ultimate goal of 120.

    I lost 1lb since my last weigh-in.

    I skipped weigh-in last week because I had out of state guests and we ate a lot and I gained a few pounds while they were here. I am now on my way to losing again.

    Favorite exercise. I have always loved riding my bike. I have recently taken up c25k and I really love it and look forward to it.

    Seems I forgot to enter my data for last week. Silly me.

    I'm refocusing on a BF% of less than 30 and a waist that's less than 30 (currently BF at 31.5% and waist 33.5") - so whatever weight that is!!!

    My favorite method of working out is at-home DVDs. I currently do Jillian Michael's 30DS, Brenda DyGraf's Air Climber, P90 on occassion (NOT P90X), and a Fit Sugar video (only 10 minutes for those days that I don't feel up to it, but want to do something).

    My bane is sweets of any kind, especially sodas. I usually drink several diet sodas a day, but this week I cut myself back by telling myself that I have to drink my daily water intake before I can have anything else. This leaves me drinking around 1 soda a day, if that. Just doing that and getting in a little exercise each day this week, I've lost 5 pounds since Monday.

    9/6 I weighed 121 this morning... I'm actually really shocked I was able to get back to "MAINTAIN" weight after Labor Day weekend. Eek!!!! I gotta step it up! wedding in 3 months.
