    Yey! New thread!!!

Cream of potatoes and cauliflower. The cream soup is only 250 calories so I garnished it with some bacon and fried onion for a total of 350 calories.

Loaded potatoes. So delicious for 450 calories.

Just eating one of my favorites: mediteranean chicken with cuscus.

Do you have a recipe for the soup? I LOVE creamy soups and that's such a low cal count! 250 calories per how much?

I simply boiled 500 g of white potatoes with 200 g of cauliflower in water plus some skimmed milk (250 ml). I added salt and pepper, boiled it and when the veggies were soft I put the blender in. I put in 150 g of greek yogurt with 2% fat (instead of cream) and mixed everything nice. For extra flavor I added 20 g of shredded parmeggiano.
I don't know exactly the quantity of water, or how much a serving is in size.
I cook in a 4 liters pot and I just fill it with ingredients. A full pot makes 4 servings and in my bowl it always enters a serving.
The serving is quite filling in my opinion.

Great, thanks! I love the idea of using greek yogurt instead of cream.
