We had bruschetta boca burgers with parmesan cheese and caesar dressing on a whole wheat bun, fresh garden salad made from my garden and baked zucchini. It was delicious.

One whole wheat roti , bengal gram curry and 1 boiled egg.0

My son requested pizza for his birthday and I will definitely be partaking! Followed by cake and ice cream for dessert. Very yummy evening! :happy:0

zucchini lasagna is in the oven right now. I used Parmesan as the only cheese and loaded it with spinach. Smells great!

i'm having lemon pepper turkey breast with either sauteed or roasted brussel sprouts/mushrooms/onions/carrots with oil and garlic and a salad.0

Chicken in a mushroom wine sauce, and tomatoes, garlic and kale sauteed in olive oil and tossed into leftover quinoa. I think.0

Bacon, mushroom and spinach stuffed chicken breasts and a nice glass of wine0

We make tin foil packets with fresh asparagus,fresh green beans, onions, peppers, garlic and then a carb of some kind, tonight will be sweet potato and white potato and then a meat of some kind, tonight its italian chicken sausage.
Bake in the oven on 350 for about an hour and enjoy. One of my favorite meals.0 -
