wow that's amazing.. excellent work miles put in.. def want to get on that level...:)so whey you say fixed gear rides are you riding in a low or high gear continuous? thanks
I actually have six bikes, but do most of my riding on three of them. The fixed gear bike gives me the best workout because I'm always moving, but if I'm riding with a fast group, I can't keep up in the hills. Going up hill, I can't shift down since I only have one speed, and going downhill, I have to spin with the bike and I can't spin fast enough to keep up with them when they're coasting. And when I ride with my wife, I have a cruiser-ish bike I rde.0 -

It was almost cold! The temp was coming down fast afternoon.
I ended up going over 300 miles. I could have set the goal 10miles/day like last month.
I did not know the weather holding up nicely for weekends, and had may fun rides with friends.
