Sorry I have not been on BUT my back has been REALLY bothering me! Got adjusted today & I hope I can do some doubles to catch up!!! My back really bothered me doing Insanity too! I think the spiderman lunge things are the culprit!

Thursday's workout was Monday & Tuesday's (CORE CARDIO & UPPER FOCUS) . I GOTTA catch up!!!! I will do Speed 2.0 & Rip'T Circuit on Friday and Dynamic Core & Speed 2.0 on Saturday!!! I LOVE this series but it is KILLING my back. My husband say' to quit working out but like I told him, it hurts when I do nothing too so I may as well work out!0

Week 8 Day 4 Rip't Circuit was done this morning. Been swamped today and it's my first chance to check in. I really enjoy Rip't since it's a nice mix of weights and cardio. Hope everyone is doing good. tomorrow is FRIDAYY!! :drinker: Also known as the Dreaded Doubles. I always enjoy it once it's done though haha. Have a good one all!0 -
Week 8 DONE! Wow, the end of week 8. I can't believe we are so close to finishing Beta. Anyone else planning on doing Gamma after? I think I am going to. Also a friend on here mentioned about P90X3 coming out soon. It will be a 30 minute workout also. So I plan to do that after gamma if it's out, so far no release date it just says Coming Soon.

@Tammy_Christopher: I will order GAMMA & as for the P90X3 I think "30" minutes would be awesome! I was sick of hearing his wierd (not so funny) comments after an hour!!
@ crakur: Did you do Alpha & Beta before GAMMA, if so what results did you have?

So we made it to the end of week 8 and it's stats day. I am very happy with the results at the end of this week. Since last Saturday I am down 2.6 lbs and 2.8 inches overall with the inches being off of thighs, hips, waist, bust and arms. I really tried to focus this week on keeping my diet in check and staying under calorie goal. Happy to say I nailed it every day. I am really hoping to see similar results next week and can't wait to take my photos again at the end of week 10 and see how much I have changed. I hope everyone see's great results today!!

I didn't post in here yesterday but I did my double Friday yesterday, did Dynamic Core in the morning and would have nailed it but my pant legs got under me and got really tired toward the end. I had to take a break because my husband came in, so waited a bit, realized he wasn't going anywhere so I did it in front of him, I nailed speed and with him there it made me push myself hard.0

haha. ya it is but i never had amazing results to show while doing any program.. all my results came in little by little, so subtle you didn't' really see a difference. Yes after 2 years now of doing exercise and counting cals, there is a difference from my day 1 photo to today but i always wanted to have those " wow photo's"....after i did a program...0

I know right? I had went on vacation my 2nd week into Alpha and the 3rd week I was playing catch up lol.

i might get gamma but not till the new year, i am going to re do clx 1st and then i will see what i want to do for the new year... i do like the idea of using weights in 25 min though....0

I have the tape and will start my first work out on the 30th tomorrow I need all the help I can get here, I saw where some said this will not be there only work out... who of you are using this as there only work out and if so are you losing and is it working for you or should I add more to this, lol or should I just wait and see how I feel well talk to you all soon.0

I lowered my body fat 1 point, so that is the best thing ever that i achieved! sure hoped for more but something is better then nothign i guess. Here are my before and after T25 pics.

Started Beta today. I think I'm in love...in a love/hate kinda way!
Here's a question, I have to do my workout on the carpet and it's hard to do the twisting lunges on it. I can run into the kitchen where it is tile or just do it slower on the carpet so I don't tweak my knee. We live in a small Japanese apartment, so I can still see the TV from the kitchen. I just don't transition as quickly if I run to the kitchen to do it. And I like to be smack dab in front of the TV so Shaun can yell to my face. So carpet or kitchen?0 -

Looks like you had a pretty low BF% to begin with.
Did you do the Gamma cycle too? This appears to be more lifting focused.0 -

no i didn't. I was going to get it but i thought since i already have clx, i will go back to that. I do really like T25 and may just get gamma for the new year. my body fat was between 22-23% and i dropped about 1% with T25 so i am between 21-22% now.0

I am still learning. My goal right now is 17% BF which is the higher end of the fitness range for men. For women the equivalent is 24% so you would definitely be considered pretty fit at this point.
I think T25 Alpla and Beta is really great for taking someone like me who has a higher BF%, in my case 26.3%, and helping to whip them into shape. For somone who is already fit those cycles might just be good for maintenance or modest improvements.
Clx or T25 Gamma or Insanity etc may be more what you would be looking for.
Have you worked with anything else besides clx and T25?0
