    Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? Already feeling so much better. More energy more get up and go. My husband loves the new me as much as I do. He is so proud of me. He always is but glad I'm feeling better.

    Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I'm thankful for feeling better and having more energy (and patience) for my 3 year old daughter. :) It's nice to be able to chase her around without feeling like I'm going to fall over.

    I am most thankful for the confidence I gain in seeing progress. To see that I can really achieve my goals is incredible. I have always had self-esteem issues too. Losing weight helps that SO much! I love the positivity <3

    I'm thankful for my renewed sense of confidence. Part of that comes from other people treating me differently but the bigger thing is that I finally feel in control and it shows!

    I am just starting back after taking too many months off. I really need to refocus and start eating healthier. With my new job, I will be able to cook more at home and hopefully start eating better. Any and all support is greatly appreciated.

    I am thankful for all the support and information available everywhere. It was there all the time, I just was not aware of it as much. If I did come across anything, I did not have enough faith in it. Once I started my journey to health with a starting point given by a nutritionist at my gym, all came together very nicely. Now that I know it is all possible, I am so eager to share it with everyone. Once I start talking about it, there's no stopping. So much that others might be seeing me as a crazy person. I wish I could help others on their journey.

    All the things I can now do, including on the 13th October I ran my first half marathon and an now training for a Marathon in 2014. Being fit and healthy for my children and enjoying being able to buy and wear lots of lovely clothes and most of all long boots!!!!

    I'm really thankful for MFP. The support from this community has been fantastic. I never would have kept up with my healthy lifestyle without this website and my MFP friends.

    I'm also thankful for the exercise I've been doing since April because it has raised my quality of life. I leave my car at home now, walk to work, and hike in a nearby national park on weekends. I feel I'm a lot more connected to life now that I'm not just sitting on the couch or sitting in my car.
