Linda, I find the problem with road trips is even if you get some exercise you spend alot of time just sitting, so I think you did well.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes except need to up the water again
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? took a short walk and didn't eat too much.
What would I have done differently? drink more water and exercise for longer
What is today's personal goals? exercise 6 days a week, healthy food, water
GW at the end of the Fall get as close to 200 as possible
Sun- maybe a shorter walk today - yes nice walk with my husband
Mon - 80 minutes of walking, short one and an hour of brisk walking

I'm back ... I'm afraid to get on the scale, waiting until next Wednesday when I am going back to Nutrition Weight and Wellness for another weightloss class - hopefully I won't be bored taking it for the FOURTH time. The first 2 times I lost 15 pounds each class for 16 classes (so just under a pound a week) - so I was very happy with that. Last year when I took it - I stayed the same weight - but it was at this same time of year so maintaining through the holidays wasn't all bad. But this year I really need to do more than maintain because I'm up 10+ pounds from my lowest weight from 2 years ago.
Unfortunately, knowing that I'm starting the class next week is making me go overboard on eating bad things ... I've got that 'last supper' syndrome. So I'm going to start tracking today to try to get some control over what I'm eating before I start the my nutrition class.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? All my consumption was great except for the red wine

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went on a power walk at IKEA
What would I have done differently? No wine! I have found the weight had been coming back fairly easily with thoughtful food choices. As soon as I added back in some wine, I immediately gained. Good to know.
What is today's personal goals? I am going to try my first Stronglifts workout. I had hubby help me practice form on Sunday and today is the day I get to go on my own and do it "for real". Starting below the Olympic bar weight because I need to!
