Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health?
Feeling better and having more energy. I have all but stopped drinking, eating fast food daily and just plain being miserable. I want to leave the house and be more active. Everyday I look forward to the gym and I am disappointed When I miss a day. Seeing the results makes everything worth wild. Work and Life in general is so much improved.
PS: I just started back up again from a 2 month break on. Most of my friends on here are now inactive or not very active at all anymore. I like to have an active friends list so anyone who would like another "active" friend feel free to send a request. Gonna clean my list up this weekend to only include active helpful friends.0 -

Big mistake. A long stressful year and bad eating habits and I've gained. I'm starting today to eat better and use this site faithfully to help hold me accountable.0 -

Learning that I CAN do what ever I set my mind to. I didn't think I could run, but I have run 11 miles in one "run". I also didn't think I could lift heavy weights, but I've done that too! I am also thankful for the support of my husband. He makes time for me to work out even when he has to work late or has other things around the house to get done. He has been great!!0 -
