    I have been craving egg rolls so I am going to try these and the sweet n sour sauce recipe.

    I just finished eating the lasagne I made with egg roll wrappers and it came out fantastic!
    The secrets to doing it are:
    1- make a very thick sauce
    2- use PART SKIM cheeses

    and make sure you use the appropriate size baking dish.
