    Today's lunch: a burrito. Ezekiel tortilla filled with blackbeans, red peppers, brown rice, spaghetti squash and blue cheese and some hot sauce. So frigging delicious.

    Made my own pasta salad with herbs from my garden, zucchini, spinach, turkey pepperoni, and carrots. And made enough for lunch tomorrow, too!

    I had jojo's. I WAS going to have a bowl of miso soup with added tofu, spinach, and half a vegan bologna sammich with mustard on the side. And maybe an organic apple. But now that's dinner. :D
