I'm back ... hopefully this time for good. I've been busy with home and work, and just eating crappy. I'm up about 10 pounds in a year, so I NEED to do something about it. I am taking my nutrition class over again, I had success with it before - hoping it will help me get my focus back again.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? started my nutrition class again
What would I have done differently? Not eaten randomly before my class
What is today's personal goals? check in, only eat 'real foods'

I've been eating leftover pizza for a snack in the afternoon and ice cream (and a couple of cookies too) before bed... This madness has to stop. And I wonder why the scale is going up. Not a good week. My husband has been bringing all kinds of junk in the house. He keeps it in a separate cabinet but really? I've asked him not to buy so much junk but somehow it is making its way to the cabinet. I know... I know... I need to stay away from it!!!

Tues - Leslie Sasone Walking DVD 30 min, 2 miles + 20 min biking
Wed - Cleaning + 20 min biking
Thurs - Upper Body w/ weights 30 min + Biking 25 min.
Friday- Lower Body /w ankle weights 30 min. + Beach Body 30 min.

Nov. 8th - Friday - Got to change my ticker weight! Down a pound! Finally -- 2 years or more to get to do this.

Turbo Jam and ate out, but stayed in control in the face of great temptation... even some FREE food that was being offered to us by the owner of a small restaurant which we'd never been too and... just seemed so happy that we stopped by for a late night dinner. Family owned Greek restaurant.
What would I have done differently? not eaten as much pita bread.

I have been having some pain in my shoulder blade, I have a knot in it. Hubby thinks its from upper
body lifting. I have been using some medicated cream on it and using the massager too.
So taking a break from lifting until this settles down.

I may have to go for a massage on this knot on my back, better to today but slow.
My hand is not no longer in pain from the shot but unfortunately my finger is still locking on me
