Just for fun: What are you most thankful for in your journey to health? I'm thankful for the group of gals I work out with in the mornings. I'd lost my weight and then stopped using this site. Big mistake. A long stressful year and bad eating habits and I've gained. I'm starting today to eat better and use this site faithfully to help hold me accountable.0 -

Just feeling better overall. My hubby has been really supportive this time and has realized that the last couple times I had tried to get healthier/lose weight he was sabotaging me with using mass amounts of butter and cheese in every meal he cooked0 -

My Husband and My daughter, whosupport me every morning. They are up and encouraging me with text and skype. Although we have a small apt., my husband literally has changed his schedule to leave and get his coffee and paper just to give me my time for my 20 minute Ruthless workout m-f., My daughter gets up and calls and text (even though she's 20 and does not have togetup 7am!!!) , just to say I'm proud mom, or you go mom,etc...
Goal :
To lose all this unhealthy weight, I'm getting older and I want to be around for my family. I hope to be at my goal weight of 160
by July 2014...The Big 40!!!0 -
