    I have been having some pain in my shoulder blade, I have a knot in it. Hubby thinks its from upper
    body lifting. I have been using some medicated cream on it and using the massager too.
    So taking a break from lifting until this settles down.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did some beach body for my waist.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What are today's personal goals? Healthy choices, drink my water, Rest day today



    Mon - No exercise, no weights due to cortisone shot in my hand.
    Tues - Leslie Sasone Walking DVD 30 min, 2 miles + 20 min biking
    Wed - Cleaning + 20 min biking
    Thurs - Upper Body w/ weights 30 min + Biking 25 min.
    Friday- Lower Body /w ankle weights 30 min. + Beach Body 30 min.
    Sat - Rest day

    What did I do that I am proud of? not going too overboard
    What would I have done differently? not eaten Gelato or the rest of DS's Garlic French Fries at Central Market. In fact, should NEVER go to that evil place... :wink:

    I may have to go for a massage on this knot on my back, better to today but slow.
    My hand is not no longer in pain from the shot but unfortunately my finger is still locking on me
    so I guess it didn't work. ;(

    Tues - another bad exercise day- time change really has me messed up

    Well finally made an apt for the massage on my back its not getting any better.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did 30 min on my bike
    What would I have done differently? Not had the ice but its my Christmas favorite, candy cane

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Still stayed under 1500 on a non-exercise day. Went shopping with my daughter - probably burned some calories walking around.

    Nothing beats a massage!!! I've been getting a massage during my PT. AHHHHH!!! All those knots just melt away...

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? yes - did a pretty good job with food choices - especially for being home all day
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? really tried to measure for dinner (now need to do all meals)
    What would I have done differently? still eating too much dairy and fat according to nutrition plan ... those will be my challenges for this week
    What is today's personal goals? check in, rest my body day, measure and eat appropriate amounts of protein, carbs and fats

    GW at the end of the Fall 2013 check in? 220 *** goal is looking harder and harder to achieve, I thought I had done a good job last week, but was still up a pound on the scale yesterday. I will just do my best and see where I end up at the end of Fall.

    Hi everyone! Its been a long time since I've posted here. Life has been a mess, and I've had a lot of stuff going on. I hope everyone is doing well and if I have time tonight (daughter is at a sleep over and hubby is going to a concert with his friend) I will look over the posts and comment where applicable hehe

    Starting weight 230 lbs.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't have any specific goals but I did okay
    What did I do today that I am proud of? Eating well and I am getting ALOT of work done around the house too
    What would I have done differently? Exercise would have been good
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? stay under in calories & exercise

    GW at the end of the Fall 2013 check in Dec. 21st? 210 (Just made it to this goal this morn... 210.6lbs) So my new goal is 200lbs by Chritmas! Its hard to believe that I may start the new year off in Onederland!!

    I have been super busy this week getting ready for the Christmas season. Unfortunately that means I haven't had time to go to the gym and my home workout room has been torn apart with Christmas stuff that was stored in its closets. So while no exercise for me, I believe I am getting plenty of activity with all of the work I am doing around the house. :)

    I finished the bulk of my training classes but then got an offer of a short term part term job in my field for better pay than I have been getting so now I have 4 jobs. My main job teaching for about 20+ hours, Saturday art classes, bookkeeping helping my Mom, and now a Planning/design job. So all I could do was log this past week. I think I skipped one day when I went to a Convention last weekend. It looks like the new job my be longer term so I may forgo teaching Art on Saturdays if that pans out.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No I only had three meals and walked a bit but the last one was a dinner out with our son so I went over.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? not enough exercise time but had a few high steps days and Aquafit days
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? no bad snacking
    What would I have done differently? not eaten all of my dinner last night
    What is today's personal goals? exercise 6 days a week, healthy food, water

    GW at the end of the Fall get as close to 200 as possible

    Mon - having hard time fitting exercise around my training classes and commute
    Tues - Aquafit - 60 minutes
    Wed - two jobs but got in some walking
    Thurs - two jobs not much exercise
